Ustaz Abdul Lateef Adebowale (R.T.A) was born on the
15th June, 1961 into the family of Alhaji and Alhaja Adebowale of Egbado Royal Family in Ogun State.
Education: Started his Primary School Education at Egbado Primary School
(Egbado Local Govet., Area of Ogun State) at the age of 7yrs i.e. 1968 - 1974. He earned Scholarship to Secondary School from
the School Board due to his brilliant performances. He attended Egbado High School for his Secondary Education between 1975
- 1979.
His Christianity Knowledge: Due to his fathers' death, it was difficult for him to attend
Arabic/Islamic Training Centre at his young age. At his Secondary School, his Christian Teachers taught him everything about
their religion due to his brilliancy and also because they felt his knowledge is going to be use in the favour of their own
religion.
In 1982, he attained OND in Secretariat
Management at OBARE Institute, Ketu in Lagos, then proceeded to the University of Lagos where he obtained his First
Degree in Business Administration in 1986. He had his Masters Degree in
Business Administration through a Programme organized by the
United State of America School of Administration, Lagos, Nigeria outreach between 1992 - 1995.
His Involvement in Student Activities
While at the campus, 1984, He became the Secretary of his Department and the Social Secretary of his hall (Jaja of Opobo)
hall at the same period (during his 200 Level). The positions made him to be a member of Student Parliament, the Student Union
Government (S.U.G). He was also a member of the Lagos State Muslim Students' Soicety (M.S.S) where he met his bosom friend
and first Izharul-Haq National President - Alh. Rafiu Tolani Lawal who was a student of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

Reading is his most leading hobby, that was why he was so wide in knowledge and its distribution. He was also very good
in sport that he bagged so many sport certificates and gifts, e.g. won high-jump during his primary school annual inter-house
sports and a member of the school football and table-tennis team. In 1983, the Diamond Football Club (Local) of which he was
a member and secretary, won the Lagos State Football Championship. In 1987, he engaged himself learning the practice of boxing
and many more.
